ESOS was introduced in 2014 to help organisations identify opportunities to become more efficient within their own processes and ultimately reduce energy & Co2 emissions.
The criteria for ESOS is one of the following:
Over 250 Employees
Annual turnover of 50 Million Euros and a balance sheet of in Excess of 43 Million Euros
Are you part of a larger group of companies
Let DB Enviro simplify ESOS for your business.
ESOS focusses on Larger Companies and we want to ensure that value is taken from the audit that fits with your existing strategies and not just a paperwork exercise.
The scheme must provide value for money with a distinct quality of report to allow for an easy transition to ensuring the projects noted by the lead assessor can be realistically introduced and not items that are financially not achievable.
DB Enviro will take you through the ESOS regulations by providing the evidence pack, surveying of property and ensuring submission before the deadline to the Environmental Agency.
DB Environmental have partnered with Mabbett who are ESOS lead assessors, carbon trust accredited and are one of the leading Independent Environmental, Engineering, H&S & Sustainability Consultancies in the UK.
The difference between SECR and ESOS…
SECR (Streamlined Energy & Carbon Reporting) was introduced in April 2019 to replace CRC (Carbon Reduction Commitment) with a focus on data collection and reporting energy data for large organisations.
